dare I say this out loud?
Just a wee bit too warm for me!
Daily swims for Poppy down the river
with cooling swims are a must!
It's also a bit too hot in the spare room to craft.
Despite a fan going......
I managed this with some new stamps.
I also have been making use of my new
Martha Stewart doily punch.
But I am really disappointed in
how I have done the four corners.
Any tips?
I stamped onto patterned papers,
& layered them up on black card.
A wee flower button finished it off.
I am loving my flower bloom brooches just now.
I have resisted using this beautiful piece
of ribbon for so long....sad I know.
But I love the colours, so decided to wear it.

It's not a great picture...there are narrow
strands of green behind it for leaves.
And two buttons for the centre.
Lastly....this flower never fails to amaze me.
It is a much more beautiful
deep purple than it looks here.
And the flowers are each the size of a side plate.
much love Teen xx

Hi, how you feeling?? Love the Martha Stewart punches, not bought any yet (so much to buy, so little money lol). I think its just practice with the punches, I've made that mistake too with the corners so I definitely feel its just practice. Love the flower on the card and the ribbon flower is gorgeous a really lovely brooch for a jacket. Hugs Dawn Marie.xx

The brooch is very pretty. I love the ribbon :D
The card is lovely and I do like your new punch. I wouldn't have a clue how to get better corners, as DawnMarie says it is probably just practice. Swimming in the river for Poppy, I could almost join her :D
Gorgeous card, haven't attempted to use the punch for corners, but did you turn it upside down to match the holes before punching.
luv

The flowers are gorgeous and your card is wonderful!
PS;
The socks, I can currently do not attract!

Have a great day!

Hi Tina hope you are feeling better . Gorgeous pictures , love what you have done with the ribbon and button
hugs Joana
Love the card and the punch. My only suggestion (because I would have the same problem!) is to not do the corners with the punch - just do the sides trying to center the design. Then do the corner straight on with the punch. Make sense? Not sure how that would turn out, but it's worth a try. ;)
Oh and it's too hot here, too, but we have air conditioning (thank goodness!!).
